All that I post on this blog is based on observation and opinion.
In writing this blog, I am able to share, and further reflect upon my internal monologue.

Through reflection of these topics, it is a goal of mine to attune my subconscious and conscious mind with my higher self.

I expect disagreement and welcome opposing views as comments.  Please, however, be constructive, but do be honest.  It is my understanding that each individual is on his/her own path, and in no way is required to change anything.  I thank you all for reading, hope you enjoy, and look forward to your comments.
